I've never heard of such a thing... I am a social smoker and enjoy a cigarette or two in bars when out, when playing pool, etc. But when the bans kicked in, it really made it hard to find a place to go.

The YouTube videos are wild! There are people blowing fake "smoke rings" with them...

1. As a smoker

I found it to be a very easy transition to the non-smoking laws. I actually like not smoking in the bars or club. You don't stink of smoke, and you can actually breathe in the clubs now. I just go outside. I do all the time anyway. I never smoked in my home, so I guess it was easier for me to make the transition.
