Check out my latest baby and help me name him.... PLEASE???

I have never had such a hard time naming a cat, dammit! Everything I do think of just doesn't seem to fit at all. He's very loving and affectionate, sometimes downright needy and clingy, but I think he's just adjusting and the extreme neediness will pass.

C'mon peoples, the poor kitteh needs a name already!!

11. Heh, not a bad one actually
He's constantly on the move, that's for damn sure! He's calming down a bit tho... I just came out and he was curled up in my chair, sleeping like a baby!

17. Yup! Someone also suggested Zappa, but she's a girl kitty...
and neither of the names seem to suit. Thanks though.

Good luck- some cats just seem hard to name.

Btw, look for a pm from me tomorrow... Midlo said you and Haruka might be able to make some suggestions about a hotel near the meet-up. If I can find something reasonable, I'll definitely start making plans to come!

What? It's not like he's going to come when you call or listen or do anything else in regards. So, difficulty in pronunciation or just pure stupidity in a name shouldn't matter. See?

I don't know - it just struck me.

Or there's:

Ollie
Sheba
Patch
Boo-boo (as in LaVerne & Shirley's Boo-boo kitty)
Daisy (my kittie's when I was little)
Felix

That should be enough to ponder over.

Hope you find a name!

:hi:

Cause he'll improve with time.
He might go well with cheese too. See if he likes cheddar.

edited to add: I'm serious. I looked at him and first thought Merlin, like the wizard, but it wasn't quite right. Merlot is close to Merlin and I think more appropriate for him.

That sounds good. Something that ends with the "ee" sound or the "oh" sound always works, especially for calling them to you.

It's from a movie I think, about a woman and her cat or a witch and her cat.

Anyway it's a great name for a cat and you can shorten it to Pie.

What a cutie!
