So I close on my first house next week

I wish we were close to even being ready for buying a house. If my salary was doubled that would work but sadly call center coaches only pay so much and I'm well compensated for what I do - especially compared to the local competition of Citibank, Time Warner, Bank of America and United Healthcare.
