I LOVE LOVE LOVE Battlefield 1942..Where else in a game can you drive a tank..Hop out ..Gun Down some germans, get back in and blow up another tank..Fly a plane..Drive a battleship... Play silent killer in a submarine ...Fly a b-12.. ect ect
Im also on Dark age of Camelot alot..not as much but im planning to start play hardcore agian to get my toon to 50.

I think I suck though. It's a good day if my ratio of deaths to kills does not exceed 2:1

3. If you like call of duty you really should check out BF 1942

I dug the single player of CoD ..But its no BF...Day of Defeat a half life mod is a great WWII mod though ..I really enjoy playing that..very fast paced

I'm playing UT2k4 demo

I'm waiting for the full version of that, and World of Warcraft.

We should start a Would of Warcraft DU Guild when it comes out. That would be sweet ;)

Im Not knocking Blizzard games..I love those guys but they will delay the hell out of thire games..But they always come thru with the high quality to its worth ..I would not bank on the fall release..But its gonna be a great game you can bank on that

11. I played DAOC about a year ago

I got a little bored with it though. I don't think I want to start another MMORPG till WoW comes out. I am just hoping for summer release! Beta should be starting next week, so it is possible.

7. Since you like WW II games Day of Defeat is a really fun game

Its a half life mod and you have to download steam to get it but I dig it..You can't drive a tank or anything. But its fun and you can use the mike to talk to other players.
You can also buy it as a stand alone too..so you dont have to buy half life to play it..
If your ever on Battlefield look for me it would be cool to play with an another DUer

13. it's free for 1st two weeks

they dont even need the CC#, also, they have free head 2 head play.

there best part is the community, lots of folks volunteering their own time to set up scenarios and creating maps. also the support is great. it's a small company, and the owner actually can be found flying in the main arena from time to time.

15. Starcraft/Broodwar!!!!!!

Played around with some of the shooters (Medal of Honor, BF1942, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, CS). I had the most enjoyment playing the old Rogue Spear game cooperatively with friends.

Some of the most fun I ever had with computer games was playing Doom via modem on the old DWANGO network...

Been playing since the demo. It's still the best game around. Knew some guys who left BF to play COD. I don't get that! I play DC and EOD too. I go by Bridget Remagen. Let me know when y'all catch what that name is about. ;)
