1. I actually liked it.

It was just that weird, off the wall humor that only Conan does best.

Conan's written monologue jokes aren't his strong point, and his monologues the first week were rather flat, even compared to his Late Night monologues. (they reminded me of a lot of stale Leno jokes). Fortunately, his monologue this week has been better, but still it's not anything reat.

Still the best thing about Conan has always been his skits. That's where he really makes me laugh.

2. Don't get me wrong, I love his skits.

I laughed my ass off at the Vintage Base Ball bit he did near the end of Late Night, and have come damn close to pissing my pants at the Masturbating Bear, and I Always loved the car chases he did with the toy cars. (Seeing as how he's now in L.A., I'm surprised he hasn't done one of those yet.)

The bit with the Foley artists last week was comedy gold.

But the Twitter Tracker bit is really annoying, and needs to go.

5. He actually did a "toy car" skit last week.

He did the "Today Show Traffic Helicopter" skit where he had the parking lot painted up like an expressway and various random objects causing traffic tie ups. The best part was where they had a mock overpass that just abruptly ended and Conan made a crack about how they were too cheap to actually build a full scale overpass.

Come on, police chases are LA's #1 spectator sport, fer chrissakes.

3. The twitter tracker voice is the same voice they used when they

did the drop down tv with a picture of Ahnuld and only the lips would move. I always thought that was hilarious because the guy's voice was so funny. I think twitter tracker may improve but so far I'm not crazy about it.

And while we're talking about Conan, I think he's had at least one really stale 'Bill Clinton is a horndog/Hillary Clinton is a bitch' joke each night since he started. Did he inherit Jay's moldy writers? That shit is beyond old. :eyes:

7. I gave up late night TV after Johnny Carson retired.

I gave Conan a chance. He's lame. Stupid goofy faces and his jokes are stale.
