4. The setlists from this tour have definitely been tantalizing...
and the reports I got from friends at Bonnaroo (that Springsteen came out during Phish's set and they played "Glory Days") made me insanely jealous. As for me, I haven't seen the band since that clusterfuck up in Vermont.

5. Not to disagree w ur friend, but Bruce kinda killed the night for me.
Phish had amazing energy till Bruce came out, then it was kinda flat. The stuff they played before him was amazing though.

Really? I suppose I can see that. The first Phish show I ever saw, John Popper came out...
and I kinda dug the band before all the harmonica solos. At the same time, the George Clinton stuff in Miami a few years back was pretty stellar. I suppose it's all in who the guest is.

10. Im not really into rap, but when Phish brought JayZ
out at Coney Island it was amazing.

Bruce on the other hand...There is something about Bruce's voice that just ruins a song for me. I dunno...

13. I gotta defend the dude, though. I'd always just been a fan of his solo acoustic stuff...
Nebraska, Ghost of Tom Joad, that sort of thing. Then I saw him live. Being on the floor amid a throng of Bruce fans, when he came out for the encore and did "Thunder Road" followed by "Born to Run," the latter with all the house lights on, I became an instant convert.

6. Hey! There he is!
Last night was probably some of the best phish I've seen in years. Bowie was the only complaint I had. Wolfmans was huge! Tube was incredible. DL this showwhen you get a chance. Glad you had fun at Bonnaroo! I enjoyed both nights on disc.

Well have to meet up a show in the future. Have fun.

19. I wish I knew! I would have loved to meet ya!
The roo was great! It was my first time there. I've been to Phish Festivals before, so they were the real reason I went. but the lineup was totally amazing! Did you get to hear Al Green? He blew me away!

Im not going to Saratoga though :(

20. Our mission to Bonnaroo was to see Phish - that's it.
And we were too busy (I don't see my SO very often ) to make it to anything BUT Phish and the Beasties.

But we had a spectacular time. Did you catch the glowstick dancefloor on Sunday night? We were adopted by that crowd and danced the night away.

Here is my thread:

I live in Saratoga, so that show is a piece of cake for me. That will be the next time I see my SO :(

If you do manage to get up here, please be sure to let me know! I would love to meet you. :hi:
