Ok, it turns out that 12 bass fillets is a LOT of fish

I caught 4 fish, my sister caught 2.... all cleaned up and put in my freezer. Thawed them and cooked them all at once.

There are only 3 people in my house.


The fish is yummy enough, to be sure, but for some reason I thought the fillets would be small (despite 4 if the fish being 14" or longer).



I guess not only am I a novice about fishing, but I've got a lot to learn about how many fish it takes to make a meal.




Ok, so tonight's dinner was fried fresh-water bass (caught and cooked by yours truly) w/ rice pilaf, sauteed zucchini, and buttered beets.
