I am doing fine. Beside not getting out of bed this morning .... good thing I ironed my pants yesterday already ....

Today after work I meet for a coffee with friends. Looking forward to that.

Yeah, I made it to work on time. We start at 9am. Most of the times I show up between 8.30am and 8.45am. So even when I sleep in a tiny bit I still make it in time to work.

I don't think I'd like to start work that late though. I'd rather get out a little earlier in the afternoon.

We just got back from a week at the beach last night, so today I'm unpacking and doing laundry. We had a lovely vacation, but I'm always happy to come home. I really, really missed the dogs. :hug:

It's a perfectly beautiful day here-- sunny, breezy, low humidity. I want to get outside under a tree and read some more of my "beach book" after I finish up in the house. My veggie and flower gardens all weathered the week away from me very well. We must have had some rain while we were gone. :)

I bought a novel , The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. I thought it would be interesting, but I rarely read fiction, so I'm kind of bored with it. (I read some reviews first and it was supposed to be good.) Oh well..... :shrug:

I'm also reading The One Percent Doctrine by Ron Suskind. It's about the lead-up to the Iraq invasion (so far).

We went to the beach in NC, north of Wilmington.

The dogs went bonkers when we picked them up! They were soooo happy to be home!

It's morning for me, anyway...I just crawled out of bed
and am having coffee in my PJ's.

Last week at work was a real pain- one of the other managers
was on vacation, so I had to work longer hours 6 days straight
to cover for her.
But this week, everything's back to normal again.

Well, as normal as anything can be when I'm involved. :silly:
