I just saw a commercial for some kind of cosmetic laser surgery. The lab-coated woman asked if we had a problem with love handles...muffin top...or UNRULY ABDOMEN.
If you haven't just eaten a plate of bean burritos, you sure as hell shouldn't have an UNRULY ABDOMEN.

For that matter, a slight muffin top can be kind of appealing in a "real woman" kind of way ....
I'm a middle aged white guy, however, so in contemporary society I am clueless by definition.
