I've decided to go on hiatus at 5,000. My plan is to come back when it's a little closer to the 2010 Senate/Congressional elections.


...of course, I've also gained and lost the same 40 pounds 3 times, and I have never gotten to that 240 lb bench press I keep vowing to work toward, so who knows if this will work?
