My job psych evaluation is tomarrow |
|
They had postponed it so it is tomarrow. They are flying in Dr.-, I don't know if he is MD or PhD or what. Is there anything that he cannot ask me? Since this will be in person, I am not planning on lying unless it is someothing that will really damn me if I am honest since I am a bad liar.

5. It is part of the interview process |
|
They said that they did this for all their management positions now. It is in the food industry at a privately held company which sells products nationally under their own lable. The plant is relatively small.

It's not a lie as long as you honestly belive it.
Also, try to be consistent in answering the questions. They love to try triangulation in questioning, which is basically flipping the question around or rephrasing it.

4. If it's a true psych test, it will be structured to catch inconsistencies. |

...like those caused by lying.
So don't lie. Relax and try not to click those ball bearings too loudly during the questioning (Caine Mutiny reference). :)
Seriously - good luck!
