Papa Johns "Special Garlic" Dipping sauce |
|
OK, I have no idea if Papa John's is a national chain or not but for those that may know, is the garlic dipping sauce (or an equivalent) available for purchase in any stores? I find their pizza mediocre at best but the dipping sauce... it is the shit! and I need to find it :D

1. I haven't had that garlic sauce since I lived in Indiana over 10 years ago. |
|
It was wonderful. I would love to get some myself.

2. It's basically just margarine and minced garlic. |
|
If you can't find it, it wouldn't be that difficult to make it yourself.

10. I absolutely love dipping pepperoncini in it, but I can't do that. |
|
I can eat the pepperoncini with no problem. I can use the garlic sauce with the crust with no problem. If I do both, I get the screaming shits. Go figure. One of nature's cruel jokes, I guess.

It's two common ingredients? You can make it fresh at home. Without preservatives or stabilizers.
That's better than buying it, isn't it? Looks like it takes all of two minutes to throw together........................

If there were enough cups for everyone, we dipped on our own, but sometimes we ended u dumping the butter on the pizza.

29. Mmm, garlic delivery vehicle.... |
|
To paraphrase my friend Ivan, "You could spread garlic on a brick and I'd eat it."
He was originally discussing cheese, which is slightly more important than garlic, but who's picking nits about such delightful stuff?
