2. Beautiful!
The night jasmine, not farts. We have a jasmine plant in a container that we brought inside for the winter; although it had pretty much died off, it's growing lots of new leaves now. When we have jasmine blooms we cut some off and put them in a small bowl of water and put them on the nightstand while we sleep - it makes the room smell so pleasant.

10. Yes, it is beautiful
I have a bunch of it... some outside my front porch (which I'm smelling now) and some alongside my hot tub. Makes the night-time soaks even more pleasant.

20. Bonnie? Is that you?
My eldest sister is always poking at me to move back home. She doesn't seem to accept that Huntington Beach will always be my hometown, but wherever I am with Mrs. V. is home.

8. damn...
it's been full-fledged Spring here for weeks now. Daffodils have already come and gone, my crocuses are a distant memory, tulips are now coming up, dogwoods in full bloom....

How come everybody doesn't live in California?

5. question about jasmine
I got one in February and accidently let it dry out. I don't think it killed it, though. I live in NJ. Do any of you knowlegeable jasmine growers think I can get it to come back? If so, where should I put it outside? Sunny, where?

7. hrmm...
mine grows with NO attention. A little water once in awhile when it hasn't rained in awhile, but here it grows in full sun.

I'd water it and stick it outside.

9. I can't wait for a Summer Breeze
See the curtains hanging in the window
In the evening on a Friday night
A little light a-shining through the window
Lets me know everything's alright
CHORUS:
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowing through the jasmine in my mind
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowing through the jasmine in my mind
See the paper lying on the sidewalk
A little music from the house next door
So I walk on up to the door step
Through the screen and across the floor
Repeat chorus
Sweet days of summer, the jasmine's in bloom
July is dressed up and playing her tune
When I come home from a hard days work
And you're waiting there, not a care in the world
See the smile a-waiting in the kitchen
Food cooking and the plates for two
Feel the arms that reach out to hold me
In the evening when the day is through
Repeat chorus

12. We have 3 night Jasmines - the one under my son's window is so potent
we had to shut the window. They have never bloomed so soon. Today it was 90 degrees according to my car's thermostat(Silicon Valley). It's mid-March!! We're breakin' records all over the place - all week!
Global Warming is such a wacky thing.
