Osama in October, people are now joking about it

I was just watching X-Play (Extended Play) on Tech TV. They were talking about a game and made a joke/reference about an October Surprise. The host said something about "Rummy finding Osama for Bush just in time for the general election"

Have other shows mentioned it? I know Bill Maher has several times.
