Our furnace is busted and I'm going to have to take the day off |
|
from work to wait for the repair guy. Then spend money we don't have! Some days home ownership sucks. I woke up this morning freezing my butt off. We have had warm weather for the last few weeks, but snow yesterday.

1. That's why it's important to... |

...have a prior relationship with a reliable furnace repairman (and plumber, and electrician etc).
That way you can leave a key out and let him take care of the problem while you toddle off to work.

Mrs. Demman has gone off the deepend with home repair. Where she gets the bucks? I have no idea.
Good luck and stay warm

My hubby has to go to work a little later and I'll go home before he has to leave.
