How pathetic am I?

What REALLY pisses me off about this is the fact that we just put this central AC unit in about five years ago. I went with "a guy" who was recommended by a friend of mine as being "reasonable" in cost. He used "the guy" for work in his rental units and thought his work was ok. I saved a couple hundred bucks.

Kevsand is out of town right now and I was talking to him on the phone this morning about the problem with the AC. He says to call "the guy" who put it in and I tell him the guy is doing time someplace and not available for a service call. His next words sent a chill down my spine in spite of the lack of AC: "Do ya suppose that could have been a "hot" air conditioner?"

:scared:

I think I'm just gonna sleep here in my office for the next 5-10 years with time off for good behavior...
