Glad to see you got some exercise at lunch. It really does make you feel better, doesn't it? I've been trying to fit it in as much as possible myself, + eat a lttle better, too. Instead of my usual peanut M&Ms snack today, I had some nice ripe cherries. They were great! :9

5. He's a very big believer in science, which is a damn sight ahead of many western
religious leaders. I guess nasal spray is probably the be-all, end-all evidence of belief in science, as far as we air-conditioning-addicted, perpetually-sinus-infected, episodically-snotty-nosed westerners are concerned. :7
