I thought about making this a poll but... There are simply far to many combo's, the surface could not even be scratched if it was limited that way. So... Just tell us what your favorite chip&dip combo is.
Mine has to be one of the basics. Onion dip (made with Liptons onion soup mix and sour cream) and Nacho Cheese Doritos. Standard... yes. I could eat them all night though :9

I used to shop at a grocery store called Roche Brothers and they had a lemon/garlic flavored hummus that was freakin awesome. I never have found that same flavor here in Ohio. ahh well, soon I'll be back in MA :D

13. I hate artichoke hearts. But I love 'em in this dip! |
|
I can't remember the recipe off hand except to say that it includes artichoke hearts packed in oil, and a grated combination of parmesan, provolone and other soft white cheeses. You can get pre-made bags of them at the supermarket.

I like using falafel as a substitute for sausage-type of things, or sometimes just crumbled tofu (or TVP) seasoned with some cumin, chili pepper, cilantro, salt & pepper, and maybe some cinnamon for things like chili or tacos.
