Saw that too, would think after that last issue last year he would have dropped some weight and stopped smoking. Although I have not seen him smoking in his return.

2. Am I wrong, or has the contestant selection on this show changed

since the first season to include some really uneducated and rough around the edges people? I don't remember so much cursing and street talk and being in each others' faces in the first seasons.

I find it annoying, because there is no way some of these people would ever be hired to run a multi-million dollar restaurant. I assume somebody thinks it is good for ratings, but it doesn't seem fair to people who think they have a chance but really don't.
