1. I used to work in a nursing home..dietary...

On the week-ends we would have split shifts. And in the new employee handbook it said for the split shift you can do two things...go home...or go visit with the residents...I thought that was so cool!!!

4. Are there people who aren't elderly, but have disabilities, living there?

If so, they should be out of there and living in the community with supports. This civil right was actually affirmed by the Rehnquist Court in Olmstead v. L.C.
