Inaugural Performance of Beethoven's 9th Symphony
Handel's inaugural London performance of The Messiah

2. I know it's not exactly the same, but
Sirius / XM is running a Woodstock extravaganza now through Sunday night of live tracks from Woodstock on Channel 16. I've had it on for hours. Too much talk, particularly for satellite radio, but it's pretty good ....
