Last night for dinner, I made the world's least unhealthy chili dogs. |

I say least unhealthy, because they still weren't very good for you. Same great taste, half the guilt.
Low-fat, low-sodium turkey chili. Reduced fat turkey kielbasa, sliced and pan-browned. Whole wheat hot dog buns.
YUM! :9

I just went this route because my wife loves chili dogs, but due to concerns about health and weight, she hadn't eaten one in decades. I gave her a chance to have a treat that she didn't have to obsess about. :-)
