10. Charlie Musselwhite and Little Walter among others are "better"
It's subjective to the listener though.

To me, John Popper is technically "good" but has this problem with that technicality.
He always fills up the spaces that should be left open. He plays ten notes where one will do.

I always think of Blues harmonica I guess. Toots plays a chromatic harp.

Stevie Wonder kicks ass on the chromatic harp too.
