1. Regular Oreos are for people like me who are on a diet
That's right: Diet Oreos.

2. I've found the double stuffs have too much adhesive
to use as clip on earrings.

3. Um, because some of us like to make our Double-Stufs from scratch?
The art of home cooking is not dead, you know...

5. My sister and I made our own Double Stuffs before the company did
Take two Oreos, remove one chocolate side from each cookie, put other two back together. Make dirt pudding with leftover tops. :D

We stopped after they introduced Double Stuffs of course!

6. Probably as a punishment for children.
Then again, they could always just twist the tops off two regular Oreos and combine the cream-slathered pieces to make their own double-stufs, but then they'd be jealous of the children who were easily making quadruple-stuf Oreos.

So, yes. It's a punishment for children.

7. What, are they called Haf-Stuf, or something?
Get back to me when you finish stuffing the goddamned cookie.
