Starting today my picture will be seen by all people that have to DU Calendar :D Yes, it does make me kinda proud.

I got my paycheck for my second job yesterday - full payment even though I was on vacation ... now that is a nice thing :D

I really like it. That is an example of a mountain that looks easy to make it to the summit but in actuality it's probably very difficult.

Anyways good morning. I'm trying to work on a good night but it should occur shortly. I'm kinda tired but not tired enough to fall asleep. Finally received some rain tonight... talking about weather again. :banghead:

The picture was taken on an Alpine pass. Some of the paths I've seen were rather steep. Interesting nature to hike through for sure though.

I really like that mountain shot. What a beautiful countryside.

I'm just about ready to jump in the shower. Kane had to go out a tad earlier this morning so my order of doing things is reversed. That's ok though as long as it gets done.

Another 10 hour day ahead. It goes by fairly quickly though.

A long weekend approaches and it looks like we might not have to work it, YAY!

A suggestion if I may.

Plan for extra sleep time just in case - sometimes the body simply refuses to sleep at times it's used to being awake. Im lucky, I can nod off at the drop of a hat.

I have to go to bed a 10 pm, and can't sleep with help.

I am wired for the night.

I have a job there that keeps me moving so I can stay awake.

I woke at 2am this morning
I was bored and went out grocery shopping. it was a fun experience at 2:30 in the morning. the only people I ran into were, ...well...very friendly. I may have to do this again...although I'm not sure why I woke at this odd hour...I usually don't get up until 11:00

come to think of it....I usually don't get to bed before 2:am.....:wtf:

We've got a two hour :crazy: meeting this afternoon and I'm working on a project with a deadline. All I'll be thinking about at that meeting is my project and how useless and boring and a time waster it is attending that meeting. But it's mandatory!

Ohh ... those meetings are fun ... NOT ... OK, no meetings are fun but when you have a deadline and you still have to go to that stupid meeting .... I hope it doesn't take too long.

28. I don't think I have any

good animal pictures for the exception of my cat, but those are old, and I like to enter recent pictures. The photography group are a very talented bunch and I always look forward to visiting that forum.

The meeting is scheduled to last for 2 hours and we are encouraged to come early to mingle! By the time the meeting is finished and I'm back in my office, it will be time to leave and I refuse to stay longer. I'll just keep at my project and hope for the best.

Geez it's cold here this morning. I wish we'd get some of that nice heat they are experiencing out west. This summer has been far too cool for me.

Yes, I think fall is arriving early here too. I've seen several trees starting to turn colors already. Far too early for me, but mother nature has a mind of her own.

Thank you :blush: It actually was just a shot. I was sitting at my computer one evening and I had the hibiscus right next to me (it was in the old apartment). And suddenly I see that the light is shining right through the flower. I HAD to take my camera and take the picture. I am happy that picture is liked by so many.

Thanks, I hope that they quickly find the problem. Mom was so mad on Sunday that he was still feeling bad and showing no improvement that she ordered the nursing home to send him to the hospital. :grr:
