do you know how the poor mamas fared in the long term? Both dogs had such pleading looks on their faces in your rescue photos.

are still alive and doing VERY well. The first dog lives in Orlando now, very happy with her family. We get monthly e-mails with pics/vids of her. The second pup lives in a luxury condo in St. Petersburg, overlooking the water. She has a far far better life than I do. I see her roughly once a year at some doggie event. She remembers me. I can tell.

I'm a horrible, evil thief. I know.
