Northeast DUers...Don't Forget Your Backyard Buddies |
|
Before I went in to work today I tossed a few pieces of bread into the backyard for the birds and squirrels.
They all came running out of the trees as soon as the bread hit the snow.
Don't forget the little critters in this oddly placed snowstorm. Animals need food too!
(thank you, this concludes your public service announcement for today)

Yes, St. Francis of Asissi is the patron Saint of animals.
When my son was young he attended Catholic school. One day he came home and asked me if St. Francis was a sissy?? :P
