Derrion Albert. RIP

Alot of meaningless famous people get way too much attention when they die. Derrion wasnt famous. he was just a young man who wanted to lead a full happy life. Derrion was an honor student brutally stomped to death for no reason at all. it was senseless. he was simply walking home from school. many people will miss him. no one would help him as he was all alone against a mob. i cried when i read about how scared and lonely he must have been at that moment.
take a moment and pray for him and his family. he will never come home to his mom, he will never be back at school, he will never fulfill his life. i wont forget him. none of us should.
when derrion left us, a wonderful, exciting universe went dark. good luck and godspeed, Derrion.

3. Agree, it was horrific. From what I read, the kids ganged up on him so

fast that maybe no one could help him, especially not with the one jumping on his head. Just stupid and awful. I grieve for his family to have to bear this heartache. But why are kids being raised with such anger and disregard for human life?

5. it makes me sick to my stomach

i wish i could have been there and i pray i would have had the courage to help. i am crying now thinking of that young man leaving school and expecting to go home like usual and having his life ended for nothing. i just cant imagine how anyone could do that.

i have been here for awhile, and thanks. i hope all of us will always hold a little place in our hearts for derrion. he wasnt born with many advantages, but from what i understand he was a very special young man with a very bright future.
