4. Good work, but you're about 15 "ohs" short of a correct guess |
|

This is the chorus of the song:
Oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh...Oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh
...well, part of the chorus...but it's 10 "ohs." And I have the "..." because that's how it's sung, 10 "ohs," pause, 10 more.

8. You know how that's pronounced? |
|
Was years before someone pointed this out to me... it's pronounced Jer-Makah, or Jamaica... hence the reggae skip in the beat.
Groan...

9. Hence the Spinal Tap quote about "It's such a fine line between stupid, and clever..." |
|
As much as I acknowledge the place of Led Zep in rock & roll history, I've always considered Page & Plant to be twin pains in the ass. Or, as our friends across the pond would say, "arse" (or perhaps even "bum")...
I found out about the "Jamaica" thing years ago, but the biggest "groaner" for me is still that "Does anybody remember LAUGHTER" crap from the live version of "Stairway." It makes me go into my Seinfeld voice and ask "Who ARE these PEOPLE?"
