3. Thanks! :^D I tried sharing pics on another site once but it turned out
it wasn't like an open site and people would have had to sign up and been given permission to see the pics. I needed something easier. :)

4. All those pics are by a 9 yr old?

That kid's got a good eye.

EDITED TO ADD: I especially liked the one from inside a car, of a toy car, with a classic car show in the background. Very nice.

5. His dad and grandfather both have photography backgrounds. He was

coached on the framing for the sailboat seen through the trees, and I showed him how to crop the all of the boat pics and the Camaro and Impala from the car show, but the rest were all gut instinct on his part. I love how he fixates on just parts of things. And I think his being so small gives him a really interesting perspective.

For a kid who has been very frustrated in art class because his hands won't make the beautiful pictures he sees in his head, digital photography has been a godsend. Perfect replication of his vision with instant feedback on the screen. :)

6. He and his brother thought it was cool that the people had an exact replica of their car in the
back window like that. They built the same car twice. :D (We have several unfinished models like that one floating around this house right now. LOL)

8. We are definitely encouraging him. He's really taken an interest and there have been
several times lately when we have been out somewhere and heard a little voice in the back seat of the car say, "Did you see that? I wish I'd had my camera." :D (Makes mental note to bring camera everywhere and stock up on rechargeable batteries.)

12. Thanks, Bertha. :^) A lot of his pics are your standard snapshots, but there are
always some artistic ones thrown into the mix. I think has he gets older the snapshot ones are going to become farther and fewer in between.
