I took two of the dogs riding today, we stopped at Sonic for hamburgers.
Each dog got a Sonic junior burger.

They enjoyed the burgers.

These two dogs really like to ride in the truck.

They take turns riding shotgun.

2. The burgers last 2 seconds.
I don't like feeding the dogs human to much, but they like a treat to.

They really like riding around in the truck.

3. I would have guessed that the burgers are more inhaled than eaten.

5. When my beautiful Buddha was alive I took him two or three times a week
down to the corner Quick Mart for a buttered roll. All I had to say was 'want a roll'? And he'd grab his leash off the radiator and run to the back door. I had a blazer so he'd jump into the front seat and sit like he belonged.

God, I miss him so much.

6. Pretty puppy.
I think the dogs know the word Sonic.

My dogs sit in the seat, very well behaved.

These dogs always want to ride, anywhere.

:pals:

7. Dogs seem to love any kind of treat, but then they snarf it up so quickly
you wonder if it makes any difference to them what they are eating.

Then I consider that not one but two , count them ***2*** different cat toots mysteriously vanished before I could get them cleaned up this morning, and I wonder no more.

Now I wonder why I let the dog lick my hands every morning.......

8. When I borrow my Uncle's truck to run down to the corner
his dog will hop right in and go along because he knows I am coming right back.

Anyway, this dog sits up in the passenger seat and rests his front leg and paw on the armrest. So hysterical!

9. My dog has gone from being a city slicker to riding shotgun
in the ranch pick up when I run out for smokes. She surfs on the front seat and sticks her head out of the window like she's been doing it all her life and not just three weeks or so. Passing for Country. :)

down to the city last summer. They went nuts for awhile but they adjusted very nicely. As long as mama and daddy are there, they are happy.

11. Our dog rides in the pickup nearly every day.
My husband puts her in the truck, and she rides shotgun. Then they go for a good, long run on the nature trail.

She knows when it is time to go. She smiles. Don't tell me dogs don't smile.

12. I take my babies for a ride in my convertible with the top down, they love it.
We just ride around the neighborhood with the top down (the neighbors think I'm nuts, but so what). If I have to go to the post office distribution center to get a late mailing out we drive with the top up and they still love it.

All I have to do is say "let's go for a ride" and they are down the stairs and waiting by the car.

I have a foster dog that lives with us but she was unavailable for the photo. Chloe is on vacation with her owner so she missed the photo op (and it was hard enough getting the 3 of them to sit still).

:hi:

Edited to add Chloe's photo
