I saw MM's Capitalism yesterday
Edited on Mon Oct-19-09 10:03 AM by doc03
I was really surprised he placed equal blame on both parties. Wouldn't this country have been different if FDR would have passed his Economic Bill of Rights, I never heard of them before. To think that it was FDR's dream and after we defeat Italy, Germany and Japan they adopted them and we didn't. How sad.

1. It is sad. I wonder what we would be like today if we had done that too?

2. i am glad he does, because its probably true. one doesn't want a documentary to end up looking
like propaganda.

it is sad how much the american poor sympathize with the american rich but not with each other.

4. That was the reason I never cared much for

Michael Moore in past movies, I thought there was a lot of misinformation to support his point of view. I don't think you can call something a documentary when you distort the facts. He did a good job with this one. I never watched Sicko because of that I think I will rent it and check it out now.
I don't even think a Republican could honestly (you rarely see honestly and Republican in the same sentence) disagree with that movie.
