Cat travels two miles stuck in SUV engine
Cute kitty apparently curled up in a car engine for warmth. It was found after the car was driven two miles despite making a "rattling" noise.

There is one photo -- cute cat. Too bad I already have two.

2. I know that's right.
Sad day when I was young and heard that "noise".. glad I don't remember it anymore.

That's one luck cat!

3. I had a kitten crawl up in my engine once.
I was backing out of the driveway and my wife was standing outside and started flailing her arms. She heard some strange noise coming from the engine. I stopped and shut off the engine. A kitten that had been hanging around our house fell out of the engine compartment and stumbled away. He was actually in the fan shroud. We thought he ran off to die but the next morning he was back at our door. We let him in and kept him. He's probably about four or five now with only eight lives left.

4. This is how we acquired our first cat.

SIL came over after work with a noise in her engine. I opened the hood and there was this tiny scared to death Siamese. The little kitty then proceeded to move in for 21 years. Really helped in raising the kids. She was the "time for bed" announcer. She went to bed at 9PM promptly every night and yowled until at least one was in bed with her.

5. One of my mom's beautiful kitties crawled up into an engine as a kitten.
Luckily the truck driver found him and took him to a vet, where my mom adopted him.

Poor little kitties.

8. Oh yea, I can top that. A Coyote spends 8 hours
and 600 miles wedged behind the bumper of a car and walks away with a scratch.
