Help - question about tipping!

If you hire two motor coach drivers to take your group on a bus trip lasting about ten hours total, do you buy the drivers their lunch, and do you tip them? If you tip, how much?

1. Depends on the contract with the bus company as to the lunch.

Sometimes one has to provide them meals and lodging, sometimes those are included in the cost of the bus rental.

As to tipping, can't say that I ever thought to do such a thing, and so, as far as I know, the organizations I've been with have never tipped the drivers.
