This season where he is trying to be as weird as possible is great. The last episode where he showed up at the funeral drunk and trying to bang his sister in law was great.

... and told him the bar was on fire, Frank busts in the door with his gun raised wanting to know what's going on. Then when they are confronting him about his substance abuse (and other things) he tells them to hold on until he "lights this spliff".
