Anybody know how to get dust/spiderwebs off a blown ceiling?

I guess good decor for Halloween, but that's not what I'm after.

6. Hedonics sells a bug vacuum. I've had it for years and it works wonders. You don't

have to kill the spider you can set it free outside once you trap it. They sell a different version of it today called a 'bug vac'.
