ok what happened to the quarter in the toilet

This morning there was a quarter in one of the toilets at work. A couple of us saw it, chuckled, and got on with the hard task of scattering files around our desks so we could play around online and look like we were working.

I just got back from the restroom and...the quarter is gone.

I don't think it went on down. I seriously doubt anyone from maintenance has been by here. I shudder to think that someone actually reached into the toilet for a quarter.

Hey I have a piggy bank right here. I would have given this person a quarter - really I would have.

In other news we're all freezing because we managed to blow a fuse with our contraband illegal space heaters and had to hide them all until the facilities people come fix it. You'd think we could flip a breaker ourselves, but nope the thing is locked.

I do love working in corporate America. It's worth every penny of those student loans I'll be paying off until retirement.
