We're cat friendly, though. (Well, CMW and I are cat friendly. You'd have to ply The Wiley and Excellent Boy Cat Named Ginger with rare deli roastbeast to persuade him call you "Uncle ___" and accept your feline companion, though.)

I'll make sure the coffe and beer are always there. There's a small leak in the roof that needs to be fixed and I need about 20 feet of fence built and a gate put in,and the trees could use some trimming. There are plenty of tools in the shed to cover all those jobs.

The mower is a rider so mowing won't be too hard, but the weedeater can be a bit cantankerous. Wife says don't overload the washing machine and to be sure to scour the pots real good before you put them in the dishwasher and she likes the kitchen and bathroom floors mopped with bleach.
