I just witnessed a squirrel try and "bury" a walnut in my office window |
|
I was on a conference call and so had my door closed and I heard this knocking, which I though was someone knocking on my door. But no, I turn around and there's a bushy tail poking up outside my window and the knocking starts up again. For about a minute I watched a squirrel determined to push a walnut as far against my window as possible. Then it would step back and frantically "push" invisible dirt on it, LOL. Can't tell you how hard it was not to laugh my ass off while the speaker phone was on.
I now have a walnut outside my window and am waiting for the squirrel to return in the winter.
