I saw my neurologist today, and she took my blood pressure, and it was 135 over 85, all the way down from 155 over 100 last month!!! I had suspected that the four different meds I'm taking for anxiety, ADHD and Tourette's (Strattera, Clonidine, Celexa, Orap) were raising my blood pressure, but I got the good news today that it decreased, and for the first time in a long time, I might add!!!
I don't know, maybe the reason is that I'm sleeping better. I'm at my parent's home for spring break, and I'm getting better nights of sleep just for the fact that my bed here is less than one year old (and VERY comfy), and that I have a duck down comforter here.
Maybe I should bring along the comforter with me back home...

Try doing tai chi or yoga to help with that in the future - just for stress. It will help you. :hug:
