I've been out of Cinti for too long (and that I have NO idea what's going on in the NCAA anymore)...
Last week while watching the ACC tourney, I see Skip Prosser on the Wake Forest bench...I'm all :wtf:??!!
I had no idea...

14. Jesus had nothing to do with this fiasco! |
|
Louisville just choked, and Xavier played their asses off in the second half. Louisville looked like a different team than the one that ran the court with confidence and shot the lights out in the first half.
It's my fault. I watched the game. As a dedicated U of L alum and fan, I should have known better than to watch the game. I put "the curse" on them by watching. Had I been happily watching some titty movie on Showtime, Louisville would have routed Xavier. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I had to watch my school!!!!!!
There you go.

Louisville looked great the first half of the season. After Pitino missed that game due to illness, they never got back going.
Xavier/Mississippi State looks like an attractive game. If a team gets hot in the tournament, like Syracuse did last year, the seeding can be inconsequential.
