9. Just to get in the Christmas spirit....
Get a small tub of egg salad from the deli, dye it green, and put that in the fridge. Somebody will probably eat it.

10. Food constantly disappears from our fridge.
I actually caught one of our courier drivers rummaging thru other folks' lunches a couple years ago.

He was completely unashamed. Like he had every right to be doing what he was doing.

WTF is wrong with some people?

11. Get some beef tripe, saute it in oil with habenaro pepper sauce, and put it in a container.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tripe

When it disappears, have reception broadcast, "If anyone accidentally took the container of tripe from the fridge, could you please return it?" You'll know who stole it because they'll either be guzzling water or barfing in their trash can - maybe both.

12. Pretty sure lutefisk would work as well as tripe.

13. Hell, mix them together.
Better yet, make raw tripe and uncooked lutefisk sushi and arrange it neatly on a fancy rectangular plate. Add a wedge of lemon, a few slices of pickled ginger, and of course a wasabi ball and cover it with plastic wrap. Lay a pair of disposable chopsticks and a couple of soy sauce packets over the top of it.

15. Okay, then how about my cupcake idea?
Make plain yellow cake cupcakes. Then frost a few of them with some creative toppings, wrap individually in plastic wrap and place in the fridge. Suggested toppings are: liver pate, refried beans, ham salad, sardine paste, horseradish mixed with regular vanilla icing, and Limburger cheese. Of course, you should feel free to experiment and be creative.

16. And the "creative" jello salad is obvious.
I'd start with cherry, or some red flavor, jello and mix in some interesting additions such as pickled brussels sprouts, whole pitted black olives, capers, canned asparagus pieces, and maybe bacon bits for flavor. Cut it into neat squares and arrange them on a plate with plastic wrap over them.

Bonus points if you make it in one of those fancy jello molds and leave the whole thing on a plate to see how long it takes someone to cut into it.
