My head just hurts , it just hurts

from the deep soul wrenching depression and nerve wrecking anxiety. It is fucking physical pain and sourness , mixed with a baggy eyed hot cheeks feeling as if I wailed for weeks , while in truth I was barely able to shed more than a few tears .

I am so fundamentally tired of this .. tired to the ultimate depth of my inner core.

2. I HAVE to move to another state for work

and the stress of trying to break my lease , deal with all the loose ends ...

I don't deal with change well at all ,the smallest ant hill is a mountain . Maybe I should ask a doctor for some valium or Xanax on a short term basis , but I know doctors , they will think I am seeking the stuff ,despite the fact that I NEVER had any anti-anxiety medication before ... but how would they know .

I just can't function in the world , I just can't , it took me all my strength to get where I am now , and I have a feeling everything is falling apart.

but here in Colorado you can break a lease if you move out of state for another job.

OKay. A lot of things going on here. First, get an appointment with a doctor. GP, Internist, or Psych. (Do you have a good one? I can help you find one if you don't.) On Monday morning, make the call. Tell the receptionist it is absolutely urgent to fit you in as early as possible. I have seen people's lives change like you wouldn't believe by getting on the right meds. I'll give you details if you want me to. A person can't begin to tackle complex problems when they feel overwhelmed and full of anxiety abd fear. Believe me, I know. First things first. Do you have a doctor?

Next, do you have friends or family to help you sort out your financial issues, even just to listen or help you think it through?

She needs to see a shrink. I went back on meds they day my ex moved out and it's been a BIG help. It just sucks that it takes so long for the meds to really have an affect. Better than nothing though. I am on four physce meds and they really,really help me!

7. are you on meds? because you should really consider it

honestly antidepressents were the best thing that happened to me. every other accomplishment can be directly related to my not being depressed.
