4. That's too funny
I made nachos for dinner tonite and didn't even know I was going to. It was like, what's there to eat . . . chippies, with a little cheese on top, nothing big, then some onions and I found that half green pepper. . . had 1/4 tub of sour cream . . . then I thought what the hey let's open a can of refried beans too~~~ haven't had those in a while.

The secret to refried beans is -- start with rosarita, or preferably one that DOESN"T put tomato sauce in it but anyway . . .

Add 1 table spoon Worchester sauce. Add a little less than that (no more than that ) of vinegar, add almost a whole cube of butter. Stir it up covered til it blends in -- dump on whatever your nachos of the day are ~~~!

This is the first time I have made nachos without bothering to dump on the salsa . . . .

Yours do look better but need more bean . . .

8. I got yak-jerky from the food bank once
I thought it was pretty good! Felt weird eating yak though.

14. Nachos = chips, cheese, & jalepenos only
If you add anything else (guacamole, beef, chicken, salsa, sour cream--if you must), you've made "panchos."
