that we should tape our windows to protect them against flying debris and tie down anything loose out in the yard.

I know my sister put all her patio furniture in the pool the last time a hurricane hit Houston. That's be a little tough to do up here right now ....(if I had a patio or patio furniture or a pool ;-) )

Can anybody tell me what wind speeds are high enough to make this worthwhile doing?
