Anyone use MSN as their home page? |
|
What do you think of the new design? It is so busy, it takes forever to load. At first it kept opening to the entertainment page so I changed that. I now have it set to open with the news. Keep getting pop-ups, which have not ben a problem for me for years.
I did their little survey and told them that unless they change it, I'm going to change my home page.
I would do so now but I have to figure out if I can put a shortcut to Hotmail on my desktop. The old MSN allowed a quick click on the home page to access Hotmail but this new set-up is more cumbersome.
Whoever designed this new arrangement needs to go back to school. You don't need to see the whole world on your home page.

I don't use any on-line page as my home page. I made a local page (very simple) with links to everything I typically visit (like DU, news sites, and the school district site) along with other local pages for things like common phone numbers, addresses, etc. It loads instantly and I don't have to be on the Internet to get at the local pages.
