They don't have as much sugar as some other cereals you would think are good for you (Raisin Bran has 19grams of sugar per serving, Chocolate Cheerios has 9 grams) and as a diabetic, they have the whole grains that I am supposed to eat.

. 0 gm sugar, 0 gm sodium. . Although I do top them with bananas or blueberries and replace the milk with a somewhat lesser amount of sugarfree French Vanilla coffee creamer. . Rich like a dessert. .
