Question about the movie and book "The Kite Runner".
I just saw the movie last night and I was wondering if the movie was as good as the book. DId they leave much out?

2. I thought the book was better (more detail) but, I thought they did
a great job with the film. Those 4 drops of blood on the snow - very effective, I thought.

3. Have not seen the movie, but I very much enjoyed the first part of the book
The details of his childhood in Afghanistan.

The US part of the story was not as engaging in my opinion.
