Obscure 80's song help needed - I've got a free treat!

My mind goes funny places.

There's a GD thread about Lady GaGa where someone compared her to Dale Bozzio of the group Missing Persons.

The mention of Bozzio got me to thinking about another song I really liked by a group called Slow Children. The song is Vanessa Vacillating and here it is:

So then, my mind wandered to this video a friend of mine always asked me to play when I was a veejay. I liked the song but for the life of me I could never remember the group or the name of the tune. All I remember is the lyric hook, which went something like this:

This was a song from the 80's, likely the early-to-mid eighties. The song had female singers but the group may not have been a "girl" group. And the lyrics I quoted may have been repeated at the end of the song and are probably not correct except for the word "undertow".

From what I can remember, the video was filled with images of women floating/sinking in water, interspersed with shots of them singing with their faces barely above the surface.

Since Google produces nothing for "Swing low, in the undertow" there's a good chance the lyrics are slightly different, like "Sing low" or something like that.
