It ticks me off when companies don't send coupons as promised...Blue Buffalo has pissed me off |

I filled out their damn questionnaire for Blue Buffalo cat food - supposed to be very high quality. In return, was promised a $3 coupon. Never received it. Emailed them about it, still didn't receive a coupon or a reply. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and STILL didn't receive ANYTHING.
I have six cats. I want to feed them the best possible food I can afford. My biggest client just bounced a check to me. A $3 coupon would come in handy, thank you very much.

Perhaps a small and trivial annoyance, but bad customer service really ticks me off. If I have a problem with your company, you should really try your best to take freaking care of the damn problem!

I'm giving Innova a try - the (independent!) store where I get it has a customer card you get punched (buy 10 or 12 get one free) PLUS the company has a promo along the same line - save 12 bar codes get a free bag

wonderful for my kitties ...
Our independent store (where I used to live) had that deal with Nature's Balance (or Natural Balance, whatever it is, I can never remember) -- buy 10 get one bag free. Was very nice.
